Thunder Hill Golf Club Details
The course at Thunder Hill Golf Club holds the rare distinction of having the highest course and slope rating of any golf course in the state of Ohio. At one time Thunder had nearly 100 water hazards, but in 1997 the course underwent extensive renovations eliminating many water hazards, re contouring fairways and adding five sets of tees, all this to make it the best golf course and golf experience in Ohio. Every hole could be the signature hole at any course in Ohio.

Dress Code
Appropriate golf attire is required of men and women on the golf course, putting green and at the Clubhouse. Collared shirts, slacks, golf shorts (no shorter then 4 inches above the knee cap) and shoes intended for golf.

Little Thunder Golf Course
Little Thunder is one of the few, if not the only, championship 18 hole golf course designed specifically for kids and beginners. The course is built on 65 acres of beautiful rolling land next to the Grand River, the course supports over 900 Pine, Dogwood, Tulip and Maple trees adding to the beauty. The course is fully irrigated, measuring approximately 3200 yards consisting of 6 par 3's, 6 par 4's and 6 par 5's. There is a mix of doglegs, straight holes and challenging par 3's. With the addition of small water hazards, sand traps and grass bunkers golfers will face every type of shot expected of them on a regulation length golf course. Little thunder is a great place for any golfer to play and practice their short game.
